Booking Policy

BOOKING: In order to book with Carla Fosalba, a deposit of $150 is required to hold the session date and serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due the session date scheduled. PAYMENT METHOD:
 All payments must be made via Zelle to carlafosalba@gmail.com or cash. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the case of cancellation or reschedule of the session by the Client at any time for any reason, the Client shall notify Carla Fosalba via email (hola@carlafosalba.com) at least 48 hours in advance prior the session appointment date. *In any case, the deposit is non-refundable*. In case the Client does not cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance of the session date, or do not show up to the session appointment, Carla Fosalba will retain the deposit and it will serve as a cancellation fee. In case the Client arrives 15 to 30 minutes late to the appointment, a 25% of the total amount will be added to the final payment, in order to cover expenses and Carla Fosalba hourly fees. If the Client arrives after 30 minutes to the appointment, the session will be automatically cancelled and Carla Fosalba will retain the deposit served as a cancellation fee. Any time and for any reason, Carla Fosalba reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Client's appointment. In this case, the Client shall be notified via email at least 24 hours prior the appointment for a reschedule or deposit refund.
